Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

Unless it's a pre-order, we’ll ship out your parcel within 1–3 days after your order is placed. Delivery is handled by a mix of our in-house team and Qxpress. :)

What happens after I place an order?

You will receive a confirmation email from Hostinger regarding your order. Please make sure to provide complete information, including your full address with unit number and a contact phone number, so we can reach you if needed.

Do you do refunds or exchanges?

We offer refunds only if you have accidentally placed the same order twice and have not yet received the items. Exchanges are available if you ordered the wrong size (before receiving) and wish to swap, subject to our inventory availability.

What if my product is defective?

If you receive a faulty product, please contact our staff within 1–3 days. We will promptly verify the issue and offer an exchange

Will you be restocking the old collections?

Nope, we only produce each drop once! This lets us showcase different art pieces, so don’t miss your favorite — grab it now! :)
