What courier service does Seijo Apparels use, and how long does delivery take?
Seijo Apparels uses SingPost as our courier service. We aim to dispatch all orders within 2-3 days after the payment has been processed. The delivery of the parcel should arrive within a week.
What happens after I place an order?
After placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment e-mail confirming receipt. We do not support refunds or size changes after an order confirmation email has been sent. Please ensure that all details provided are full and correct at the time of order placement. You may contact our email (Support@SeijoApparels.com) in the event your address or contact number is incorrect.
How should I care for the shirt?
To maintain the print of the shirt, we highly recommend handwashing. Use cold water and separate colors from white, light, and dark items to prevent color runs. Avoid using bleach on the shirt.
Will you be restocking your old collections?
Nope, we only produce each drop once! This is so we can push different art pieces, don't miss out on your favourite piece.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods such as Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex) and eWallets (Google Pay, Apple Pay)
What size should I take if I’m in between sizes?
You can drop us an email or IG dm us your measurements and we can advise you! Otherwise, shirt measurements (last image) and model height and size is also provided in each listing!
